Step by Step Makeup 7. To apply Eyeshadow use a spongetip applicator or a medium size angle fluff brush. With a light to medium brown powdered eyeshadow apply all over lid, heaviest near lashes and lightly continued to brow bone. (Blend with the sponge or use it as an eraser if needed) This is a simple smoky look. You can apply a light amount under the bottom eyelashes if you like for a more intense look. Never apply shadow below the outer corner of the eye. |
