Step by Step Makeup 8. Eyeliner can be applied with a small angle fluff brush or a pointed sponge tip applicator. You can use dark brown eyeshadow or black or whatever color you want as long as it's darker than the rest of the eyelid. Start above the outer corner of the eye and gently draw a thick line to the lashes continue gradually thinning the line to the tear duct corner. Stay close to the lashes. (Use your makeup sponge to smudge or erase if needed) |
